About the Event

This ticket includes one 10ft x 10ft section, one car entry to the venue, social media posts about your company and the products or services you provide, and our undying gratitude for your support! The event is outdoors, and you can bring anything to display your products that fits within that space. Tents, tables, chairs, and electricity will not be provided.
You are allowed to purchase up to 2 spots max.
***We are a 501c3 so each ticket count as a donation. 100% of the proceeds go directly back into the organization.
Tickets are 50% refundable up to 40 days prior to the event date. After that time, they are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Additional car tickets are non-refundable regardless of time.
****Additional vehicles will need to purchase a vehicle ticket.
Check-in is at 7:30am on May 21st with booths needing to be set up by 9:30am and the event is from 10am-2pm.
We have the field available for the 20th and 21st. If you would like to RV park and set up earlier, this is an option as well, just please let us know.
We will be having professional photographers and videographers attending for the day.
