About Anastasia

Pilates Teacher and instructor

With over 10 years of experience as a professional dancer and performer manager for Insomniac and SBE, Anastasia has always been drawn to movement. While she explored many modalities including yoga, boot camps, and traditional gym training, it was Pilates that ultimately reshaped her relationship with her body.

Pilates became the one practice that consistently challenged her mind while helping manage pain related to degenerative disc disease. That experience now informs how she teaches. Anastasia is passionate about supporting clients through a wide range of needs, from easing chronic back pain and migraines to working with individuals managing MS, PCOS, or rheumatoid arthritis, as well as those simply wanting to move through long days like Disneyland or Comic-Con with greater comfort and ease.

For Anastasia, the best part of teaching is giving clients an hour to disconnect, focus inward, and build confidence. Her classes are upbeat, challenging, and fun, leaving clients stronger, more empowered, and full of self-belief.
